The process took a long time due to delays in the chain but this was no fault of Touchwood Solicitors. In the end, I sold my property and got the house I wanted too, so I'm happy. We sold a property with Nadeem and were extremely disappointed when we realised he hid a 2280 fee into the contract. We were charge a further 600 on top for his work (which we were happy to pay). This was a cash sale with no searches. So he charged almost 3000 for transferring the title across. Whilst we trusted him as he had done a few property purchases for us we realised after that he took our trust as an opportunity to profit whilst we lost money on the sale. After sending an email specifically asking him to put in certain fee's for the buyer to read before purchasing, he failed to add
