Solicitors are like phantoms in the night ,difficult to see. if you enter batches you will be taken to a room where a solicitor will deal with your case,from my experience ask for *Robert*. Soft spoken and very experienced. I went back after a bad experience with another company and it felt like a breath of fresh air. This lawyer,solicitor will put himself out to see you.

The treatment received from this company was abysmal. They have fobbed us off for over 2 weeks not returning promised calls or responding to messages and then just before 5pm today they have advised us they are unable to deal with our paperwork and we will need to get another solicitor. I would rate as -10 if possible.

Very poor service took nearly 4 years to sort out my grandads will 3 and half years to claim for my grandads life insurance. Then sadly my gran passed away they kept delaying giving us the will so we could send it to the estate agents when we eventually got the will it was for the wrong person not my gran there attitude was wriop it up took another 2 weeks to eventually get the right will the solicitor involved won't even talk to you or respond to emails my gran passed away 2 and half years ago and we are still waiting for them to apply for the grant of probate. I would never recommend them
