Founded in 1919, Michael Jones Jeweller became the first fine jewellers in Britain to become a co-operative. When you enter our showrooms you are being served by a co-owner of the business, each of whom understands the role good service plays in nurturing loyal patronage, trust and reputation.

Founded in 1919 by Claude and Laurie Jones, Michael's parents, the business was originally established as a pawn brokers. Michaels father Claude had served as a sergeant in the Royal Medical Corps whilst his mother Laurie worked with the Voluntary Aid Detachment. Upon returning to Northampton at the end of World War One, they committed all of their savings to their joint venture.

Michael Jones Jeweller is an independent co-operative that has worked within the jewellery industry since the inception of the business in 1919, and strives to offer the very best in quality and service. We have highly trained staff on the shop floor of all our showrooms who are happy to help with any service or repair enquiries that you may have.
