Absolutely Horrific.
Booked for a 5:20am pickup to go to City Airport. On line system failed to make the booking and displayed a contact number to call. I called to confirm, the operator confirmed the booking had been made and sent me a confirmation email with a job number. Taxi never turned up, called the office and was told by a man that was half asleep that the journey had been cancelled. He offered no solution and just transferred me to a line that just rang out continuously. I was unbelievably lucky and managed to find an Uber that arrived within 5 minutes and got me to the airport on time

Prebooked taxi for collection at 12:15am. all confirmed via phone when booked. They cancelled on me 15 minutes before being due to pick me up, leaving me absolutely no way of getting home as other taxi companies fully booked as its midnight and no Ubers available in the area

We are very impressed with this company. Recently used to go to a wedding at the Hilton Wembley.
Hired 6 seater taxi there and back for morning indian wedding and evening reception. All the drivers arrived on time and were friendly and efficient. Their rates were extremely reasonable. The reception man was very helpful. We will be using this company again and recommend without hesitation.
