They said they would be here in 20mins i waited nearly an hour kept calling the cab office hung up on me twice then was put on hold and then they disconnected the call yet again. i would give them no stars if there were an option will never be using this mess of a cab firm ever again !

After a return flight in to Gatwick the cab was ready and waiting, driver was helpful and easy to placate and got home in good time. Only problem was when I went to pay it was 8 more than was agreed when I booked the cab online, due to additional airport pickup charge and airport car park charge (despite the FAQ at the booking stage saying there are no additional hidden fees). Also you cant pay by card which the FAQ says you can which can be an issue having just returned from a foreign country with no cash.

Excellent services, would recommend to anyone who seeks simplicity in bookings both online and over the phone. I love their cars all new and clean. The drivers are friendly and courteous. There time keeping and updates are exceptional.

The only cab firm which deliver a cab with in 10 minutes. I have used few companies in Northwood but Diamond cars service is the most reliable one. They always have availability day or night. When ever I called them they have sent me a job with in 10 minutes.
