Been trying to rent a place, and i can't believe it takes 3 weeks to do this. It was also the referencing companies fault, Homelet. They would email me the same stupid questions over and over again that I do not have the answer for about my guarantors. They also have the nerve to email me saying that my referencing is outstanding and that I would have to chase them, even though i have been chasing them for a week. They don't even want to call you. Instead of doing the guarantor details first to see you are able to rent the flat, they will of course take the security deposit and send emails saying

Awful agency to be avoided at all costs: 8 months later we don't know anything about the deposit when according to the law the tenant has to be informed withing the first 30 days, people enter in the house without permission, 5 months with a short circuit putting the tenant life at risk and not being able to cook, etc...
