Malcolm and Charlie were very friendly and welcoming, the process was very smooth and I appreciated getting a receipt for my PC for reassurance. When I asked about pricing for my PC I was told that they were trusting and reasonably priced and they couldn't give an amount until they fixed it. Unfortunately however, I was disappointed at the end of my dealings with Charlie when I got sent an invoice for 66. This was for "1 hours work". The invoice stated.
"Removing the right side of screws on bent motherboard seems to have been the cause". As Charlie said to me it was a simple solution, and
