Car booked for 2230 and at 2310 the car had not arrived. They have left my three children, my wife and I stranded. No one bothered to picked up the phone after 25 minutes. Not sure what kind of people run this firm but clearly care little for passengers and their safety.

TLC....TOTAL LACK of COMPASSION. Book 8 seater for 23:30 had booking reference. No show leaving my wife, on crutches and 3 grandchildren stranded. Unable to get through on phone either engaged or call bumped after 2 rings.
Called next day and e mailed response was 'car arrived but was told we were busy and left after 30 minutes'. Total rubbish and a lie as seen on CCTV. Do not use the company under any circumstances not even the courtesy to return my call.

Arranged a journey at 1700, they had failed to show up by 1735, then said that the vehicle was there when blatantly it was not. No communication whatsoever. Avoid and use a company that is capable of providing the service they say they do.

We used TLC to do the collections for our staff Christmas party. The office were very efficient in planning the pick ups and timings, as well as notifications of arrival. The drivers were equally professional, arriving on time and getting our people home safely at the end of the night. We will use them again with confidence.

Came across TLC when my usual choice had no availability. Havent gone back since. Every driver Ive met has been friendly, chatty and welcoming. Very reliable service, prompt pickup and prices are a bonus! Highly recommend TLC!
