Tufcot offers high strength/weight ratios, a naturally low coefficient of friction, self-lubrication & significant weight reductions. Founded in 1981 by Elvin Majchrzak and his father Michael, Tufcot has grown from strength to strength on the back of a huge amount of hard work and dedication.

Tufcot was founded in 1981, with the 3 directors; Len, Elvin and Michael, who at that time had a combined experience in the plastics and composite bearings field of over 40 Years. The company has developed, but still retains its family firm characteristics and management style; and today employs over 30 people together with one of the founding directors, who is fully dedicated to the customer.

We have a full range of machining services available: Milling, Turning, Boring, Drilling and Finishing. This ensures that any size, shape and application can be designed and manufactured to the clients exacting standards. All Tufcot composite materials are manufactured on site at our extensive factory in Sheffield, UK.

Everyday we deliver to customers all over the world. To ensure for the most flexibility for our customers, all of our goods are quoted with Exworks Incoterms. For our UK customers, standard delivery is with our preferred courier TNT.
