Services
Laser Profiling
Our Trumpf laser systems cut metal sheets up to 3000mm x 1500mm with precision. Capable of handling 20mm mild steel, 8mm stainless steel, and 4mm aluminium, this service ensures accurate profiles for industrial components. The technology enables complex shapes while maintaining material integrity.
CNC Punching
Using a Trumpf 2020R machine, we punch sheets up to 2540mm x 1270mm with 18-tonne pressure. This process creates precise holes, louvres, and forms in metal sheets up to 6.4mm thick. Automated loading ensures efficiency for batch production requirements.
NC Folding
Our NC-controlled press brakes fold metal sheets up to 3000mm length. With 100-tonne capacity machines, we achieve accurate angles for enclosures and structural components. This process complements laser and punched parts for complete fabrication solutions.
Powder Coating
We apply epoxy, polyester, and hybrid coatings using purpose-built plant. Parts up to 3000mm x 1500mm receive durable finishes after pre-treatment processes. This includes shot blasting for surface preparation and improved adhesion of protective coatings.
CAD/CAM Design
Our team utilises Inventor and AutoCAD software for design and development. Off-line CAM programming optimises CNC machine operations. This digital workflow ensures accurate translation of client concepts into manufacturable components with dimensional precision.
