KPM Residential began life managing a small portfolio of properties in the West End of Glasgow. We established with the goal of providing first-rate customer service to a market that, at the time, was calling out for a more client focused property management company. Done correctly, selling your property can be a smooth and stress-free process. Done incorrectly, the conveyancing period can be significantly delayed or even put at risk. To ensure that the process is done correctly, we follow a strict procedure and are fully transparent with the steps involved to all our clients.

Under LBTT, properties worth up to 145,000 will not pay any tax. LBTT is structured into 5 different bandings to represent a progressive structure relevant to the actual price of the property. The percentage rate for each band in LBTT is applied only to the relevant banding of the price over the relevant threshold and up to the next threshold.
