I needed someone to certify my documents to say I look like the pictures on my passport, etc. Called all the solicitors in Ellesmere Port and only here I got help with that and the price was great too. Next time I need a solicitor I am going to call them first. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Straight speaking and to the point - a real help to me who as a Scizophrenic becomes easily confused by long blocks of complex nformation all at once (it's not that I cannot comprehend the info in the moment, but by the following day instead of having forgotten the advice it becomes replaced by fragments of which I cannot be sure which are real and which not - So, in this regard an all-round excellent help, thank you so very much for your help. I chose Jacobs & Co due to good reviews and their proximity to my workplace for the conveyancing on my first home. They always had an appointment to suit me, and most correspondence was through e-mail to reduce the need for me to disrupt my work. They're really quick at communicating, and they explain everything very concisely in easy to understand language. They're also happy to advise and answer questions, no matter how simple. Colette Clynch dealt with my case and she was very friendly, and highlighted relevant parts of the deeds that I had to be weary of. She dealt with all the paperwork very

I couldn't recommend these solicitors enough! Petra and Linda managed all of the conveyancing for my first property and they were excellent. I found them to be very efficient with their responses, particularly when the other parties solicitors were the complete opposite. If I move again I'll most certainly be using Jacobs again.
