Managing Director and founder of the Company in 1984. Steve started his career working for a Bedfordshire Building Society occupying various roles and progressing to managerial level. He then joined an estate agent in Kettering before moving to a Bedford Agent in 1982. In 1984 Steve formed Waldens and has seen the company become one of the longest standing independent agents in the county.
