I am very grateful to Eva Constantine and all the team at Smile for helping me out with a dental issue at short notice. My filling had cracked and my tooth was fractured, causing some pain, and they sorted me out with a new filling and a hygienist appointment. Everyone was very kind, attentive and skilled. The pricing is very fair too.

The lady at the reception is unprofessional and rude. The clinic charges 20 for a missed appointment, even though the fee is not listed anywhere on the website, in any of the documents given to the patients nor was it mentioned in any conversation. Back in June 10th I was at the clinic for the routine check-up and cleaning. Afterwards I went to the reception to book another appointment 4-5 months later. The receptionist was mumbling and did not face me when she was speaking to me, which made it very hard to understand what she was saying. I asked her to write down the date of the appointment

That gold star (I would give them 5) is for the receptionists and support staff there.... Unfortunately, I have just had a very distressing bad experience with Umer Hameed who is a junor dentist there. He decides on his treatment plan and is not open to his patients needs. I had a broken front tooth and he fitted a temporary tooth (I had hoped it could stay in place with careful management till I went abroad for a crown and post.... a procedure he refused to do but 2 Hungariand and 1 Serbian dentist have confirmed are almost standard... build a core, fashion a post then place the crown) and the

Really happy with this dental practice and all it's staff. Eva is easily the nicest dentist I've ever had! Finished my invisalign treatment with her as well and I really appreciated how thorough she was in advising me about the best treatment. 10/10!

Eva and her team are absolutely amazing and very helpful.I needed a lot of dental work done due to being afraid of going at the dentist and Eva was very professional and made me feel very comfortable.I am very pleased with the results and the confidence i get from being able to smile without feeling self-conscious.

I definitely made the best decision!. I needed braces and I decided to go here.. And I am so happy!. Eva is a great professional, she is very attentive and careful with her work. In addition, the staff, like Angelica, is so nice and warm, whatever question you have they will solve it for you. I recommend this dental practice 100%
