Discriminate against disabled kids! Removed my autistic child from their patient list because I left an HONEST review on their facebook about how insensitive the ortho was towards my child and how they lack basic customer service skills. Practice manager is absolute vulgar too, shouting repeatedly down the phone at us that she wont be apologising

Removed my autistic nephew from their treatment list just because his mother wrote a bad review on here! Having overheard how unprofessional the practice manager was on the phone to his mother I am disgusted and appalled! Horrendous behaviour!

No water available after treatment, spent lots of money on retainers and couldn't even get a protective box provided when i went to collect them. Got told I'd be seen when staff were free even though a time had been arranged for when i was going on.
