Absolutely shocking. My car has been with the garage for three days now with no contact from them. AA have struggled to get much response from them. They keep saying the part is coming this morning then no more contact. It was supposed to be in & out the same day. Not even a courtesy call to say they werent bringing it back. We have missed very important family occasions so I am absolutely disgusted at the situation. No courtesy car or anything. Im just hoping they havent damaged it too. I went through the AA & had no issues with the garage previously. I will certainly not be using gladstones

Wouldnt recommend for use as an RAC garage. I booked my car in under my RAC warranty, which requires the garage to diagnose the problem, speak to the RAC for approval and payment, then complete the work. I asked multiple times if the repairs diagnosed would be under warranty and was assured they were every time. You can imagine my surprise when I was fronted with a large bill when I collected my car. They assured me that it was my responsibility to pay and to claim it back from the RAC (the RAC were just as baffled as me, this IS NOT how it works). Turns out not once did they make contact with

After a breakdown on my trip to York, I was informed by the RAC that Gladstone Garage were on their list of trusted garages. I was very glad they did. The staff were friendly and professional and repaired my vehicle at a reasonable price, in an amazing turnaround time. Thanks guys.

Fantastic service! Would highly recommend! Was driving on A64 on Saturday and ended up with puncture. Phoned garage and they were able to see me straight away. Really appreciate how they got me back on the road again.
