Services
CNC Turning
Our CNC turning services produce high-precision components up to 65mm diameter using advanced sliding head and twin lathes. With driven tooling and sub-spindle capabilities, we ensure tight tolerances and complex geometries for industries like medical and aerospace. Our 24-hour unmanned operation guarantees efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
CNC Milling
Utilising Haas and Miyano vertical machining centres, we deliver complex milled parts with maximum tapping sizes up to BT40 taper. Our seven-axis mill/turn lathes enable single-operation production, reducing lead times and costs while maintaining exceptional surface finishes for critical applications.
Material Processing
We work with diverse materials including stainless steels (303, 316, 416), aluminium alloys (6082T6, 2014T6), brass, plastics (PEEK, PTFE), and aerospace-grade alloys. This versatility allows us to meet stringent requirements across sectors while maintaining consistent quality.
Subcontract Machining
From prototyping to large-scale production runs, we provide end-to-end subcontract machining. Our magazine bar loading systems handle batches from 100 to 5,000+ units, with full traceability and ISO-certified quality assurance throughout the manufacturing process.
Surface Treatments
We offer anodising, nickel plating, zinc coating, and passivation to enhance component durability. These treatments improve corrosion resistance and surface properties for applications in harsh environments, ensuring compliance with industry-specific standards.
