I called Emergency Electrician London after a failed Smart Meter installation by our energy company (sub-contracted out to Magnum Utilities) left us with no power in the house at all. I got an answering machine initially but didnt leave a message as I thought Id just try another company. However, Cyril called back within 2 mins. and agreed to pop around within 90 mins. He arrived after about 60 mins. and got to work straight away and managed to find the issue after about 10 mins (a disconnected wire). He explained to me exactly what had happened and got the power back on within another

The electrician came early a few hours after I called - Cyril was very professional but also friendly and sorted out the problem quickly. Cost was reasonable particularly given it was an emergency call out. Highly recommended
