We offer 25 en-suite rooms with modern amenities including Freeview TVs, Lavazza coffee machines, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Room types range from standard doubles to four-poster bridal suites. Check-in from 3pm with late arrivals accommodated by prior arrangement. Our Grade II listed building maintains historical character while providing contemporary comforts, with secure bicycle storage and EV charging facilities available.
Scottish Cuisine
Our restaurant serves traditional Scottish dishes with locally sourced ingredients. Menus feature slow-roasted meats, homemade desserts, and a selection of malt whiskies. We offer continental and cooked breakfast options from 8am, with last orders for evening meals at 8pm. Dietary requirements can be accommodated with advance notice, though we cannot guarantee allergen-free preparation due to cross-contamination risks.

We provide a single EV charging point through the Connekt Network. The facility operates separately from guest room electricity supplies, with charging available during parking hours. What wedding packages do you offer?
We provide packages from £35 per person including three-course meals, venue coordination, and accommodation. The Exclusively Yours Package at £4500 offers 2-night exclusive hire for 25 guests with catering and decorations.
What are check-in/check-out times?
Rooms are available from 3pm on arrival day, with check-out required by 10am. Late check-in can be arranged by prior agreement, though we don't have a night porter.
Do you have EV charging facilities?
Yes, we have one EV charging point through Connekt Network. Bedroom sockets cannot be used for vehicle charging.
Are pets allowed?
We only accept guide dogs. Other pets are not permitted in the hotel or grounds.

We came up from Bedford for a wedding. Lovely place, clean and tidy. Rooms were spacious and if we ever needed anything, it was there no problem. Two owners were lovely and honestly couldnt fault anything! Food was brilliant. Will be coming up again soon and this is the place to stay!! Lovely little bar with a great choice of whiskeys/drinks the coffees are great and theres also a good selection of gins haha! Take care guys see you soon

Such a lovely place, homely, comfortable,clean, beautiful character. Food lovely, we love it that much we have booked another night stay. Will be sad to leave, will definetly visit again. Can't fault our stay in anyway. Felt very welcomed upon entering the door. Thankyou so much to the owners. Such a nice place, nice people, nice everything.
