Fantastic service. Went over and above to make sure the order was delivered. I ordered flowers on line from Australia and when the delivery couldnt be made, due to my mistake, they rang me for an alternative address and messaged me when delivered. Will definitely use again. Thanks from Oz

I like this shop. Went a couple of times.. never felt 'unwelcomed' like some people say. For me this shop is much better than the other shop on Gloucester road..

Poor customer service. The lady who answered the phone was very dismissive and rude. I asked for peach blossoms and she asked what kind of peach blossoms? And I said thats exactly what they're called and she sarcastically said no darling we dont do that never heard of it and hang up. If youre the one whos answering phone calls then Id expect to be given some direction and probably someone with knowledge on flowers would be great too I dont expect you to know everything but a quick google search would of been helpful as Ive been to your shop before and you

I have just picked up a Beautiful bouquet this is the first time I have used this shop and I will certainly use them again .I ordered them on the phone and the girl was very helpful and guided me through my choice of flowers
