Dim Sum
Our Dim Sum selection features over 40 varieties freshly prepared daily, including steamed prawn dumplings, char sui buns, and crispy spring rolls. Each item combines traditional Cantonese techniques with high-quality ingredients like local seafood and exotic vegetables. The menu offers both classic favourites and unique specialities, served in a dedicated area until 6pm daily.
Roast Dishes
Specialising in traditional Cantonese roasts, we serve crispy pork belly, honey-roast pork (Char Sue), and whole roast duck. Our meats are slow-roasted to achieve perfect texture contrast, with crispy skin and tender interiors. Available as standalone dishes or paired with rice/noodles, portions can be ordered half or whole to suit dining needs.
Seafood Dish
Daily-caught Scottish seafood features prominently in our menu, including seabass, scallops, and langoustines. Prepared using traditional methods like steaming with ginger or stir-frying with black bean sauce, these dishes highlight both Cantonese techniques and local produce. Signature items include sizzling black pepper prawns and XO sauce seafood hot pot.
Private Dining
We offer multiple private dining rooms accommodating groups from 6 to 50 guests, ideal for celebrations or business events. Our team creates customised menus featuring Dim Sum platters, roast meat selections, and premium seafood dishes. Each room provides an intimate setting while maintaining connection to our main restaurant's ambiance.
Congee Dishes
Our congee menu features slow-cooked rice porridge paired with premium ingredients like thousand-year-old egg, dry scallops, and shredded roast duck. Served in generous portions, these comforting dishes combine nourishing textures with bold Cantonese flavours. Available during lunch and dinner service, priced between 9.80 and 10.80.

Portions size are small for the price. Restaurant has been revamped which is nice. Staff impolite and at times just walk past you when you need something. Not what is used to be

Having wanted to try their dim sum for a while I finally found the chance. I am very happy with the food, delicious, authentic and the portions are good. The service is efficient and the new renovation of the restaurant makes it a comfortable place for dining.

Good Cantonese food, which is a Hong Kong style food. Looks small from front but really opens out at the back. Dim sum seems to be served all day and the roast meats are good. I had the pork dumplings which were plump and fresh. Special house noodles and rice in lotus leaf. All really nice.
