Amazing hotel with very friendly and helpful staff! Beautiful rooms and perfectly situated next to the tube and Train station, buses, shops. The park across the street is huge and great to visit! Over all an amazing place! Will definitely go again!

Brilliant value for money. Very welcoming staff, lovely breakfasts in the morning, great value for money with the room. Theyve decorated the place really, really nicely for Christmas! Please tell your staff to take it easy with the key every time I for a cigi (Im not a thief and youve got my number lol!) but other than that, absolutely perfect. Couldnt have asked for better!

Thin walls, no rest and it was really needed. Room tiny, single like a cupboard, thin pillows, ill fitting duvet, threadbare carpets. Staff friendly but if you need rest not the place. Premier Inn is preferable.

Room is not too bad for the price but the bathroom is tiny and overall the room is not that clean.
Biggest problem is the thin walls. It's 2am and I can hear groups from two sesperate rooms. Not great as the main reason we came was to get some sleep for tomorrow rather than travelling down.
