This company spoofed an insurance company, they have fraudulently misrepresented the insurance company. Tried to call to understand their role in claims management and the agent refused to provide contact details and company information, stating it was a breach of gdpr - I could not find their contact details on the internet and their employee told me they were employed by accident exchange, were an umbrella company of accident exchange, worked alongside etc. and eventually said they were called legal assist. It was incoherent - Eventually found out they were called United Legal Assist. (UK legal

I found United Legal Access on the internet, after spending so much time ringing around local solicitors and asking for advice I was always met with a hefty bill to pay before I could access any services. United Legal Access were a free resource which was a blessing to be able to tap into. I had a very specific case which required expertise in contract law. I found that the team were very professional, had tremendous knowledge and were able to provide expert advice. Without their support, advice and guidance I don't think I would have achieved the outcome I was expecting. I will be advocating
