Luxury Holiday Cottages & Award-Winning Gardens in the Peak District
Hopton Hall, nestled on the edge of the Peak District National Park, offers a unique blend of historic charm and modern comfort. With over 600 years of heritage as the former seat of the Gell family, our estate has been lovingly restored to provide luxurious holiday cottages and meticulously maintained gardens. Our team combines deep local knowledge with a commitment to preserving the estate's legacy, ensuring guests experience both the tranquillity of rural Derbyshire and the convenience of contemporary amenities.

We specialise in creating memorable stays through our spacious cottages, seasonal events like the Month of Art, and access to 2km of scenic garden trails. Our dedication to quality is evident in every detail, from the 2,000 rose bushes in our walled garden to the carefully preserved Victorian features throughout the estate. As stewards of this historic property, we prioritise guest comfort while maintaining the natural beauty and cultural significance of our surroundings.
