I would like to thank all the staff at PCM for there considerable help finding my daughter and her partner a new home. They acted with such professionalism in a market that is incredibly difficult. My daughter is a carer and needed to be in a specific area. Whilst we had to negotiate above the asking price the way it was dealt with was fair and reasonable. I can't thank the whole team for all their very kind assistance throughout the whole process. Highly recommend them to anyone thinking of selling or buying in the area. Not the first time I've used them. An excellent team of people who put the work in to make sure that everything keeps moving forwards. We sold our flat and bought our new house through PCM and absolutely can't fault their service. Swift, professional and polite; they got us another buyer in a day after our first one dropped out so that our chain didn't collapse. Highly recommend, and we would use them again in a heartbeat.

We sold our flat this year using PCM as our agents and believe we chose the best local estate agents. Due to their scope, advertising across all platforms, within 24 hours we had 5 viewings booked and sold for asking price on the first viewing. We believe this was partly because their agents are very good, whilst searching for our next property they were knowledgeable on the property, proving theyd done their research which wasnt clear that other agents had but most of all felt they were honest and didnt try to paper over any cracks.
