Gazumped me with another buyer long after offer accepted and tried to blame it on me for not replying to non-existent messages. Alleged that my solicitor had been informed I'd pulled out. Nothing of the sort. All rather fishy.

I've just used Charles Bainbridge for the first time after a recommendation from a friend. Given that it has been a really challenging market due to the lockdown my expectations about moving the property were limited. From the moment I contacted CB they have been exceptionally professional, helpful and innovative. Their marketing was superb and we managed to get people into the property within a month. I can thoroughly recommend them .

5 stars is simply not enough , Excellent service from start to finish. Paul Willmot dealt with the sale of our Mothers property after she passed away, myself and my brother were very impressed with all that Paul did, he sold the property very quickly and achieved a great price . He dealt with us with empathy at a difficult time and kept us fully in the loop on everything that was going on. He literally did everything and more. Failed to turn up for a valuation, with no phone call or apology. Obviously don't need the business. I wish them well in the post brexit economy.

Thank you for your detailed response which was most welcome. We do appreciate that errors can occur from time to time, and can clearly see that you take customer service seriously. Unfortunately, my wife is unable to take calls during the week, except for emergencies, and rarely has chance to respond to email. With two small children, our free time is very limited - so yes, it was unfortunate that the appointment

We have just sold an apartment through Charles Bainbridge Estate Agents in Canterbury and can only offer five stars as thats the highest Google allow!
