I arranged for the chap to visit to provide a quote for a decent sized job. No show at the time we arranged. I waited for 2 hours, then rang him to see where he was. He didnt seem in the least bit bothered that Id wasted a whole morning waiting around for him (having took the morning off work).
Ended up getting the job done by another local plumber, who actually seemed to want the business.

Martin is a great plumber, professional and friendly. He has done the gas certificates for our rental properties for a few years not and also plenty of plumbing work in our own home which we are renovating. Highly recommend him.
