Booked a taxi to go to the station, quoted 15, said we would get cash out to pay at station atm. Driver turns the wrong way, takes us further away from station through a busy residential zone, then arrives at a garage with a broken atm. Eventually get to station, but the detour meant that it was over 20 quid and we had to run for our train. When we asked why he had gone wrong way he said his route was the only way. Not impressed and won't recommend using them
