I don't often give sales people the time of day, but it was a well presented call so I gave him some time. I explained early on in the call that I really don't have a budget for this, but was prepared to be proved wrong if there was some low initial costs. They refused to discuss cost until they had wasted over an hour of my time on the phone. When the costs were presented I quickly realised it was a waste of everyones time.
