Bus driver was not helpful at all!!! We are on holiday and not familiar with the different bus services. We bought return tickets but we're unable to use them as there was not a later bus to take us back to our original destination.

I always get the 73C and the busses are always clean and the drivers are very welcoming and always friendly. Julie is always lovely everytime I get on the bus she is a great driver and is always in a lovely mood!

The drivers are very helpful and friendly. I have often taken a trolly with me and have always had help to get it off and on the bus. A big thank you for keeping running at this time without your bus I couldn't go out to the shop so thank you all especially Stuart,, woody

Excellent company, used to get from boat mooring in Acle to Great Yarmouth and back - then on return to boat one of our party had nasty accident and ambulance said 3 hour wait.... call to Our Hire and albeit they didn't have a car they gave us numbers for another driver and checked back with us twice to make sure we were sorted. Excellent customer service we can't thank this company enough.
