After 3 years of excellent service by Park Insurance I was lured away by the competition. My mistake! The next two months my new company requested more back up documentation requiring multiple emails and long spells on hold with them. Galal at Park Insurance came to my rescue on two occasions and again last Friday, Sarah at 10 minutes to 5 went above and beyond to have documents emailed to me from my former insurer. I was no longer a customer and there was no 'reason' to do this for me. Sarah even phoned me a few minutes later with "the requested info is in your inbox"! Wow, thank you Galal and
