Absolutely awful service! i would give them minus stars if it was possible. I gave them a breakdown of work that needed doing from Mazda (I didn't use mazda as they were too expensive as a main dealer) which was a huge mistake on my part. the email I sent to Brackmills mot centre stated the car needs a carbon clean which I also told them on the phone. unfortunately they decided that it would be better for them to do their own diagnosis on my car which I stupidly agreed to. unfortunately I am not very clued up when it comes to cars and I thought I could trust what they were saying and unfortunately

I have always used this company for my MOTs and have previously been very impressed. This time my car failed and needed some work doing. This took a total of two weeks and two days. Not sure if that is an appropriate time or not. Two new tyres, part exhaust, and new window mechanism. Anyway the work was carried out well and the car runs well. The two chaps on reception kept me up to date when I rung. I suspect the current situation in the country had a large impact on the time it took for completion. Ill go back again.

I took my car here for the first time after looking for a place on Google to give my car its MOT. I rang up Brackmills MOT Centre and they were able to squeeze me in within a few days.
