I had free legal advice. Paid for a letter to be sent out. Because ot was taking more than 14 days I asked for my refund. At first I hot an email back stating they will look at my file, a further two weeks have now gone and they have ignored all my emails. Even Clive has ignored my emails too. I will be taking this further of my refund os not given back to me. My email trail is evidence. I will also be sending this to their ombudsmen. You take people's money and DONT REFUND THEM.... you had done no work on my case. All I had was a free initial consultation and then I paid for a letter and Because

My initial solicitor didnt seem bothered about my case or return calls, i then waited for my application to be sent to have to contact the solicitor myself to find out she had left and the application was not sent, i then tried to cancel the service but was assigned another solicitor who assured me it was in my best interest to have a solicitor, she then later refused to represent me in court as i wasnt paying fast enough and had to go to court myself

I have had these do two different proceding for me and all the staff was very professional never mot did they keep me up dated and also they supported me through everything and I will continue to use them
