Beautiful place all round. Just be careful using your Satnav to locate as just using the postcode takes you to the wrong place (just search using the name OFFLEY PLACE in Google Maps). All you need to do is watch out for the Offley Place signs (it's also visible from the road) along the KINGS WALDEN Road (there are two). If you've come FROM offley high St you've gone too far if you've passed the church

We celebrated a most fabulous wedding for our daughter, amazing venue, such character, fantastic staff, nothing was too much trouble, overall a fantastic experience. Brilliant well done Nazlee and team!

The hotel building is amazing
Can I just say that one staff member Angela was amazing
She gave the best customer service ever.
*Room, no blind in bathroom not good when youre in the shower we had to put towels up over the. Window. The room was nice
Apart from a dirty towel on the bed
* breakfast was good
*Unfortunately the bar was not open but only open on weddings
I would still recommend staying

If you are thinking of wedding here, turn away. Behind the beautiful facade is a director that killed our wedding unnecessarily and put us through a year of hell to get some money back. She even played the victim with wording to make us seem the worst couple she had met. I am happy to share the wording with anyone who wants to know how cruel she was.

If you are booking a wedding tread carefully with these guys!! Nazlee and her team will do everything to keep hold of your money even if they cant provide a service. We were unlucky and had to go through last 18 months of back and fourth with Offley as they did not provide a service and tried to keep our money. They were arrogant over emails and even lied on emails from their solicitors. We luckily had everything recorded via emails and could dispute and challenge them which is why we threatened to go to court at the same time of going through a charge back. They lost the dispute and we got

Attended a wedding. Decor and amenities nice. Service on the whole was good and staff friendly and professional. However disappointing when glasses were collected 2hrs before the function finished despite the bar still being open for drinks. Could have been replaced by in house glasses would have been a lot more appropriate than flimsy paper cups. I left my table for 10minutes during which time my wine disappeared. The staff then persisted in trying on servalattempts to collect the remaining glasses on the table despite them containing drinks. Such ashame.

Went there as a family with children to attend a wedding. Attractive house with large garden. Spacious room. Customer service was lacking. I struggled past staff with multiple suitcases etc. Other hotels would have had a porter on hand and insisted on taking it all to the room for us. Breakfast was very slow. We had to clear the table ourselves of previous diners' plates, cups etc. When we asked for juice we were brought the remains of a jug from another table. More staff would have made such a difference.
