Booked a scale and polish for 50. Complete waste of time and money.
Was in the chair for no longer than 5 minutes, rubbed abit of dental floss between my teeth and the polish was none existent. Teeth looked no different afterwards. Not the same dental practice it once was. Shop around and read reviews carefully before making a decision.

I had an appointment at this practice,well I believed it was an appointment,
When I made my initial appointment over the phone,the receptionist said I had to pay 50 for a 30 minute consultation,after waiting 40 minutes after the time of my appointment I eventually saw Mr.Ferguson,to find it wasnt so much a consultation as him telling me what was going to happen,he was extremely rude and abrupt and even told me I couldnt eat with the dentures I have,I can,when I asked him a question it was the same reply for each one,Ive been doing this for 25 years and never had a problem,maybe he hasnt

Dont trust this Dentist they are very much money oriented and dont care about the patient and there problems. I waited over 10 months for a quote on some dental work after being given false reassurances that they would help me on the first consultation, I contacted the practice every couple of months for my quote just to be fobbed off with excuses saying they would get back to me. Dr Fergusons response after asking questions during consultation was to say do you want me to stand on my head? Hes unprofessional, patronising and clearly couldnt care less about the mental suffering he

We joined three years ago and it was quite good. Donna, the hygienist was fantastic and Eric was great too. Both have since moved on, and it hasnt been the same since. Im currently in agony with a tooth that needs extracting and being told that Ill have to wait 6 weeks for an appointment due to COVID guidelines. Avoid this dentist. My family and I will be leaving this practice shortly.
