Excellent service, cracked my tooth over the lockdown, completely split in half all the way up to the root. The dentist mr c.a removed the whole tooth in one, within a minute. I know other dentists that would of referred me to hospital or made a right mess out of it.

Writing on behalf of a friend, who would like to thank Dentist Charlotte Smith, who has recently come back off maternity and done all she can to ensure my friends happiness, my friend is usually so nervous and Charleys calm/ collective nature has definitely helped her to fight the fear.. she doesnt hesitate to come to the dentist at all anymore. Would like to say a big thank you to her for everything she has done, she is brilliant, such a nice lady who definitely deserves appreciation! Thank you Charley

This practice isn't even worthy of 1* and I would urge people to stay away!! I'm absolutely disgusted and upset with the way my partner has been treated today, so I'm writing this review on his behalf. The staff were rude (not just one, but two receptionists) who even put the phone down mid conversation. Different information was given by different receptionists, so my partner quite rightly and politely questioned the information which seemed to be the reason for the rudeness by staff. The query was around the cost of the emergency appointment, as the day prior to this another receptionist confirmed
