Great experience again with Waylands. Great selection of cars on site (and more available through the network). Sales team (Talia) really knew her stuff and made some excellent points regarding the changing specs between model years. Everything sorted out quickly. On pick up day there was a hiccup with some optional parts we had asked for but the team kept me well informed throughout, giving me options on how to proceed. Thanks again.

I recently bought a used Polestar 2 from Waylands. This was done mostly via phone and email with Sam, who was very helpful and not pushy. Final collection and handover, in person, was by Declan and was again pretty smooth going. Thanks guys!

Book my car for a battery replacement, was dealt with on time and to quote. Customer service was great - I was able to wait in comfortable COVID secure surroundings with all the space I need to open my laptop and get on with some work. Was also treated to a free coffee while I waited.
