We recently sold an apartment with TK International. We listed the flat during the COVID pandemic which was a difficult time for the market. Despite this, they managed to arrange a large number of viewings, far more than were arranged by other agencies, and secured us as offer which has recently completed. Despite the pandemic, difficult market and very challenging negotiation with anxious first time buyers, Ben and James were extremely professional at all times. Having made the decision to let my Hampstead apartment for the first time, I was understandably uncertain and nervous about the process. I need not have been. The worst estate agent thats ever existed, Im surprised they are still in business. Please beware they will screw you over.
Had a lease agreed with them, paid deposit, signed tenancy agreement. Then let to someone else.
DO NOT deal with these people they are selfish cowboys.
