My daughter used this company to buy her first home. The staff member was very friendly and called a spade a spade, no messing with fancy talking. Some might say a little unprofessional but hey she got a sale. The website is well laid out and easy to navigate with plenty to offer from hovels to mansions and reviews of the properties are well versed .

Don't phone you back when they promise. Don't take into consideration the largest increase in housing prices in decades before placing a valuation on your home that's virtually identical to several years ago. Not willing to listen to arguments for increasing their valuation based on market increases or additional assets added to the property since previous valuation. Clearly not in touch with market values or they would recognise lesser properties selling for more in the immediate vicinity. No consideration for the implications of their valuations on real peoples lives when remortgaging and how
