We have grown steadily to now occupy new ground floor offices in a central location on University Street. We will ensure that your property is advertised to generate maximum exposure on all the relevant marketing platforms. All enquiries are dealt with quickly and efficiently to convert interest into numerous viewings, and therefore generating applications from the most suitable parties.

We recognise each landlord has different property experience and different amounts of time. We offer three options to best suit you. Landlords can opt for a 'Let Only' service which includes Tenant Sourcing, referencing and providing a signed guarantor and tenancy agreement. Alternatively, many Landlords opt for a full management package releasing time to do what you do or enjoy best!
Landlord Responsibilities

After opting for the Management Package Premier Student Property will ensure you are kept up to date with all of your legislative responsibilities. All properties prior to listing must have an EPC (Energy Performance Certificate), an annual Gas safety certificate and an HMO (House of Multiple Occupation) license when appropriate.
