I wont be bothering with this company again, they have let me down to many times. A few years ago I called their emergency line on New Years Day as my boiler broke down. Not only did they not call back that day but they NEVER called back. More recently I had a issue with my toilets plumbing. When I eventually got through (which took a considerable amount of time), a very abrupt lady made me feel I was a nuisance and it was all a massive inconvenience to them that I wanted to use their services and said they cant visit me for another week. She also seemed surprised I didnt know how

Neil Roberston Plumbing have done a number of jobs for me over the past few years and I have always found them to be very knowledgeable and helpful. All of their engineers are polite and know exactly what they are doing. They turn up when they say and get on with the work, I have no hesitation in recommending them.
