I called them to book a taxi only to hear barking noises and then when a human finally talked, i told him the destionation and he just hunged up on me . Very rude and unprofessional.

The most unprofessional service I have ever used. NEVER BOOK THIS TAXI SERVICE! Completely messed up our booking, ruining our day. Not reliable at all.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Hung up on me after telling me off for not calling earlier. Only got their number once arrived at the station. Suggested I could keep trying other numbers if they didn't have other cars and he responds "suit yourself" before hanging up. Just no need for it
