Insured my MX5 2 days ago, got an email this morning asking me to call them, called and they are closed. Just found out they have cancelled my policy without any notice! If I hadnt have checked then I could have gotten points, a fine and had my car taken off me! Terrible customer service! Avoid! I will never be using them again!

Renewing for a 3rd year with Performance Direct. Renewal quote was cheaper than those from other modified-car specialist brokers. Dawn was very pleasant to deal with over the phone, pro-actively and promptly returning calls with additional information/clarification. Not had cause to make a claim through them yet (fingers crossed) so cannot comment on that aspect of their business. Overall, very happy.

We needed to change our cherished moor car policy because the existing one had too low an annual mileage limit for our purposes. Vicky found another more suitable policy very quickly and set up the cancellation of the old policy and the commencement of the new insurance speedily and very efficiently, whilst being extremely courteous at all times.
