Thrive is a collective of around 70 staff including architects, designers, urban designers, technologists, graphic designers, and support staff. As well as his role overseeing the practice, Peter remains very much hands-on leading residential, mixed-use, and commercial projects for both developer and landowner clients.
Peter also specialises in the design of retirement villages, care homes, extra care housing and designing for dementia. Peter has particular expertise in traditional and classical architecture having worked with the Duchy of Cornwall on several award-winning traditional design schemes.
