You will, of course, need to comply with the law in respect of safety checks, smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, Energy Performance Certificates etc, all of which we can arrange for you at cost if you require.As a Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Regulated Firm, our clients can apply for help from the RICS Clients' Money Protection Scheme.
