My new Boiler broke on Tuesday couldnt get through to report repair after 1 half hours of trying on the phone so sent an email. Rang out of hours team told I would be called back no one did. Tried all Wednesday to get through to them finally got through to be told an appointment wasnt available till Saturday. Then asked to speak to someone regarding service but was told no one available some one will call you back. No one has. I have 4 kids in the house from 2-12 years no hot water or heating in the middle of January and been told to wait 4 days. Absolutely disgusting service. Wouldnt

We have found the boiler to be okay although not particularly reliable. The major problem is Viessman themselves as the customer service is probably the worst of any manufacturer. My 80yr old,disabled father in law had a breakdown of his vitodens 50,contacted viessman only to be told his 7 years warranty was only applicable for three years. Viessman informed him it would be "at least three weeks,at the earliest " before they would attend and wanted 350 for the privilege. Shocking company,to be avoided at all cost.

World class service!! Our experience of Viessmann went beyond any level of customer service that we have ever experienced. We received the most personalised, efficient, communicative and lightning-fast service imaginable. Bearing in mind that at the time that we contacted them, everyone else we spoke to had quoted us 2-3 weeks (more from British Gas) for an emergency call out. Our welfare was clearly an absolute priority for them and they went out of their way to look after us. Nothing was too much trouble. On top of that, we were able to benefit further from the amazing engineer's vast knowledge

Boiler was supplied with a broken part on a Monday. Plumber made it very clear which part was broken. Viessman engineer showed up without part. After phone calls to Veissman they took till 4pm to inform us they couldn't get the part that day it would be the next when I was told to expect a call at lunchtime. Was left without the ability to wash for 3 days with 2 children due to not being able to use other families showers due to Corona distancing.
Spoke to customer services and they eventually admitted they forgot to order the part. Asked if they were going to compensate and asked to speak to

Worst company EVER, we had the misfortune to buy veissman vitodense 100 boiler in 2010 with the boiler scrapage scheme from the govt. and it hasn't worked properly since then we have had 3 new time clocks and loads of washers. Viessman sent somebody out to fix it but the guarantee had amazingly 'just' run out. Now we are at a stage of terminally explosive failure see picture below, the component is a braided hose which really should break but as you can see in the pictures that is just what has happened.

Viessmann make outstanding boilers. We have fitted hundreds of them and use them in our own homes, and time and again find them to be superior to any others for use in small and large domestic installations. We have no hesitation in recommending them to all our clients
