I recently completed the transaction with the Kenton Road Branch using one of the partners. The sale almost did not complete after we exchanged so we would have been held liable for all the costs associated with the entire chain. The solicitor who is also the partner spent his entire time emailing questions, and problems around. Never made any phone calls to chase down things. He failed to act and advise on a critical change and ultimately almost single handily cause the sale to fail on completion day and spent his time blaming the lender, us and other solicitor rather than taking responsibility
