A difficult house sale for an elderly relative for whom we had power of attorney was made easy and less stressful by Grimshaws. They found a buyer extremely quickly, checked the status of the buyer and liaised with both sets of solicitors throughout . Their staff were tactful and concerned .They understood the need for speed given the health needs of our relative, and coped sensitively and competently at all stages of the process which, given that we live 100 miles, away was essential for our sanity ! We would not hesitate to recommend them.

Myself and my partner have recently been working closely with Liz at Grimshaw & Co for a property purchase in Ealing. I dealt with an estate agent to enquire about a property in Ealing. I submitted an offer and the Eatate agent said she thought its low but she will forward offer you the vendor. I chased the estate agent twice for an answer back but she never had the courtesy of replying back. I consider this totally unprofessional.

Very slow to respond and very divisive in their approach. I understand they are well established and have a history in the area, which makes me feel this is the kind of firm which wouldve had a No BLACKS, No IRISH, No DOGS.
