without a doubt the worst estate agents i've ever had to deal with.
all throughout our tenancy we had works being done which we were told were getting done before we moved in and the tradesman (except Elvis) were among the worst i've encountered. We were fed lies after lies about when works were going to be done and eventually we endured the property as it was due to the level of stress and aggravation it had caused. The maintenance manager James is by far the most incompetent, rude and unprofessional individual i've had to deal with to date. He however, is
