Services
Laser Cutting
Our 1.5kW laser cutting system handles materials up to 12mm mild steel, 5mm stainless steel, and 3mm aluminium with 3m x 1.5m bed capacity. We process DXF/DWG files and convert hand drawings for accuracy. Partnering with specialist suppliers extends our capability to thicker materials while maintaining tight tolerances for complex components.
Structural Steel
From initial design to installation, we fabricate structural steelwork including beams, columns, and connections. Our 30,000 sq. ft workshop handles projects of all scales with CNC punching, gas/plasma cutting, and multi-process welding. We supply connection details, fixings, and provide site measurement services for commercial and industrial applications.
Metal Fabrication
Bespoke fabrication services for one-off items or mass production. Capabilities include plate shearing up to 3m x 10mm, 240-tonne bending, and welding in mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium. We work from client drawings or assist with design development for architectural and industrial components.
Powder Coating
In-house electrostatic powder coating for sections up to 5m x 2m with stock RAL/BS colours. Our process creates durable, corrosion-resistant finishes suitable for harsh environments. We also offer wet spray painting in 9m x 6m booths and specialist finishes including metallic and high-gloss options.
Site Installations
Nationwide installation services performed by CSCS-certified engineers. We handle steel erections, welding (including stainless grades), and confined space operations. Our team conducts free site surveys to ensure precise measurements and provides both supply-only and full installation packages for structural and architectural metalwork.
